Being gay in Latvia
In Latvia homosexuality is not accepted at all. That's why it's so brave of Oskar from Riga to speak openly about his sexual orientation. Especially in a country where homosexuality is still viewed as an illness and where in 2006 parliamant defied pressure from the E.U. and refused to ban discrimination of gays in the workplace.
