While some Dutch adolescents still play with dolls, their peers in Pakistan spend their young lives as transvestites. In this episode our worldwide reporters visit all different types of teenagers, all suffering their own teenage issues.
Sixteen year old Akshay from Pakistan is fascinated by boys. Ever since he was little he realized he is not attracted by girls. When reaching the age of puberty, his hormones started to peak and from then on he could no longer conceal his sexual preference. Now, he resorted to ladyboy Kiran who introduces Akshay in the world of Pakistani drag queens.
Myrthle from the Philippines prefers being a loner rather than being part of a fancy group. She likes going to school dressed up as her favorite cartoon figure. With her huge blond wig and her tight latex dress you can hardly find a trace of an insecure teenager. "I like to be different", Myrtle proclaims. A confident way to survive puberty.

But not all teenagers are able to let themselves go this easily. Take for example the Zulu's in South Africa who put their teenage daughters under a virginity test. Today, it's 14 year old Thando's turn. Madam Thembesile inspects Thando down her skirt to check wether or not she has been seduced by attractive boys from her class.
